		<description>Using pass-phrases instead of passwords make a lot of sense...take it from me..I&#039;ve been using them for some time now...and you can create 25-30 liner easy-to-remember pass-phrases..you don&#039;t need a 128 char field to come up with a imaginative phrase!!

Companies recommend using a &quot;strong password&quot;.

As per companies putting in restrictions on the passwords - i feel its quite like the statutory warning thats on cigarette wrappers - even after those warnings companies like Marlboro get sued a dime a dozen time by customers whose health has been affected due to cigarette smoking.
Who know when a customer&#039;s account could get hacked and he might sue the company because it did force him/her to use a strong password :)</description>
